This role is ideal for a design professional who is eager to learn, values collaboration, and thrives in a process-driven, luxury studio environment. If you want to grow under experienced leadership while contributing your creative skills, this could be your next step.Responsibilities:Design Development SupportAssist with space planning, elevations, and concept boardsSupport in sourcing FF&E (furniture, finishes, fixtures, lighting, art) aligned with the studio's luxury aestheticPrepare presentation materials, selection sheets, and design decks for client meetingsMaintain project binders, sample libraries, and material boardsContribute design ideas within the studio's brand frameworkExperience with hard finish design & selection (Kitchen and Bath) a plusProject ExecutionDraft in Revit/AutoCAD/SketchUp as needed - 2D & 3DWillingness to learn visual AI tools as they come to marketAssist with specifications, RFIs, and vendor communication under guidance of senior staffPrepare install documents: furniture plans, art/accessory schedules, and styling guidesAssist with RFQ's and budget projection support supporting project managerBe present at installations to support the lead designer and ensure the details shineCollaboration & GrowthWork closely with Principal and Project Manager, absorbing firm processes and best practicesTake feedback with professionalism and apply it toward growthParticipate in design presentations as skill demonstrates to support Principal or more independently Contribute to a positive, mentorship-driven team cultureQualifications2-4 years of interior design experience (internships count)Proficiency in design software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Canva/PowerPoint, Photoshop) requiredStrong eye for luxury design aesthetics and attention to detailExcellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written a must)Team-oriented with eagerness to learn and follow a proven design processDegree in Interior Design, or, Certification Program with field experienceHighly detailed and organizedLocation & ScheduleOur studio is based in Yardley, PA (13 minutes from Princeton, NJ / 35 miles from Philadelphia)This is a primarily in-person role with one remote workday per weekFull-time, Monday-Friday with 1 remote day/weekCompensationSalary Range: $52,000-$65,000 annually (based on experience)Bonus opportunities for contributions to firm successWhy Join Us?At our boutique studio, you'll gain hands-on exposure to high-end residential projects, mentorship from award-winning leadership, and a clear growth path in your design career.
