Our client, a private real estate investment firm, is seeking a highly organized and driven Executive Assistant to support the office of the CEO. This role works closely with a Senior EA and the CEO. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a long-term career opportunity for someone who is looking to grow within a stable and collaborative organization. The role requires an onsite presence daily in Beverly Hills. What you'll do: Manage executive calendars, email, and phone communications Act as a liaison between the executive and internal teamsCollaborate with leadership and take direction from multiple stakeholdersMaintain a high level of organization, accuracy, and polish in all deliverablesScreen and prioritize emails, calls, and messagesProvide general administrative and personal support to executives as neededQualifications:Previous experience in real estate preferred Exceptional organizational skills and strong written communication skillsProven ability to handle sensitive information with discretionComfortability working with different leadership styles and personalitiesWe will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.
