The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure quality service delivery, and develop strategies for growth. Additional responsibilities include financial management, client and caregiver relations, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.QualificationsManagement experience and leadership skillsProven ability in operational oversight and team managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFinancial acumen and budgeting experienceAbility to develop and implement strategic plansProblem-solving skills and adaptabilityUnderstanding of non-medical home care services and senior care is a plusBachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
