Our work supports championship-level fields, and we take just as much pride in keeping our equipment in top condition as we do in building world-class playing surfaces.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Mechanic to service, repair, and maintain our diverse fleet of equipment. This includes everything from farm tractors and sod harvesters to excavation equipment, trucks, trailers, forklifts, and specialized turf equipment.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and enjoys working in a team atmosphere where reliability and pride of workmanship matter.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, and maintain farm, turf, and construction equipmentPerform preventive maintenance on vehicles, tractors, trailers, and specialized turf machineryService hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systemsKeep equipment clean, safe, and operating at peak efficiencyMaintain accurate service and repair recordsCollaborate with operations and field crews to prioritize repairs and minimize downtimeAssist with occasional field repairs or service needsRequirements3 years experience repairing and maintaining heavy equipmentBasic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systemsFamiliarity with operation of farm and/or construction equipmentPositive attitude and willingness to work as part of a teamAbility to prioritize tasks and complete work in a timely mannerWillingness to relocate to Manheim, PA before starting work (required)Schedule & PayStandard 8-10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday$30-38 per hourOvertime available (time and a half pay after 8 hours daily)Ability to earn $90,000 - $100,000 annuallyBenefits401(k) with company matchingHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysStable, year-round work in a growing family-owned environmentJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k) 3% MatchDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
