Site Operations and Logstics DirectorA leader within the pharmaceuticals industry is looking for a Site Operations and Logistics Director to join their team. They're looking for someone who knows how to lead logistics teams through change-and has experience in warehouse ops, scheduling, and supply chain planning.This is a hands-on leadership role at a brand-new, high-tech sterile manufacturing site. You'd be managing a team of ~35 (with 5-7 direct reports), helping shape how materials move through the site, and working closely with other functions to keep things running smoothly.Requirements:10+ years of experience in supply chain and a Bachelor's degreeLed logistics or supply chain teams in a regulated environment (pharmaceuticals environment preferred)Experienced with warehouse operations, planning, and continuous improvementSAP or similar systems experience Experience building strong teams and lead through transformationInternational supply chain/warehouse experienceThey Offer:Competitive benefits including an annual bonus and stocksFull relocation package Career stability and growth opportunitiesBase compensation of $175,000-$210,000
