We serve commercial, municipal, residential, and high-security customers, often working on mission-critical infrastructure and custom-design projects.Construction Scheduler Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed schedules for design, fabrication, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases of PSG's projects (gates, fences, access systems, etc.).Use scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent) to build and monitor critical paths, resource loading, and milestone tracking.Coordinate with Project Teams: Work closely with Superintendents, Foremen, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that work is completed on time and that project milestones are met.Prepare schedule activity status, reporting, and narrative for project management and owner. This includes verifying and managing project log schedule information.Conduct weekly meetings to update the construction schedule with project managers and field supervisors.Analyze the critical path to specific activities and identify variances from previous baselines.Track and Report Delays: Identify, document, and communicate delays and their impact on project deadlines.
