Multifamily Superintendent

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to oversee ground-up residential construction projects in the San Antonio market. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who can manage daily field operations, ensure schedules and budgets are met, and deliver high-quality projects safely and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesManage on-site construction activities for multifamily projects (garden, wrap, or podium)Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain schedules and budgetsEnforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policiesMaintain accurate project documentation, daily logs, and progress reportsCollaborate with Project Managers, owners, and inspectors to achieve successful outcomesOversee quality control and ensure work is completed to specificationQualifications5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily constructionProven track record with ground-up projects, ideally garden-style, wrap, or podiumStrong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety standardsProficiency with project management software (Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project, etc.)Excellent communication and leadership skillsOSHA certification preferredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary (commensurate with experience)Performance-based bonus programVehicle allowance, phone allowance, and fuel cardHealth, dental, vision, and 401(k)Paid time off and holidaysLocation: San Antonio, TX (local projects, minimal travel required)If you are a results-driven Superintendent ready to lead high-profile multifamily projects in San Antonio, we'd like to hear from you.Oscar Associates Limited (US) is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
