Marketing and Research Analyst

Lippincott Real Estate Advisors is looking for a self-driven and energetic Marketing and Research Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role combines a mix of creative, organizational, and analytical responsibilities that touch on marketing, operations, and brokerage support. Candidate must be detail oriented, well organized, interested in learning and contribute to a positive / upbeat work environment.Within this role, responsibilities include supporting the company's investment brokerage team by assisting producers and analysts in preparing marketing materials, conducting market research and comparable analyses, and managing social media marketing initiatives. Additional duties involve utilizing Photoshop, coordinating and distributing email blasts, maintaining internal databases (Salesforce), collaborating with third-party providers, scheduling appointments and conference calls, and liaising with vendors to ensure smooth operations.LREA is a growing / entrepreneurial company.
