Summary of KBIS Capital:KBIS Capital is a real estate private equity firm that specializes in investing in US Real Estate Assets. The mission of KBIS Capital is to provide our investors with the opportunity to invest in a carefully curated real estate portfolio with access to a diversified pool of assets managed by different sponsors. Our diversification strategy focuses on investing in different projects, sponsors, geographic locations, and real estate asset classes.About the Role:The Director of Capital Development will develop and manage relationships with investors, raising private equity capital, and expanding our network of funding partners. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully raising equity within financial services and private equity. This person will bring access to a well established network of investors, high-net-worth individuals, financial professionals and other strategic partners. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that requires exceptional networking abilities, polished communication skills and the professionalism to build trust and inspire investor confidence.About You:We're looking for a confident, proactive, and strategically minded professional who excels at building relationships. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, is resilient, and has the persistence to move opportunities forward, even when faced with "no." You are hungry, ambitious, adaptable, and collaborative; personable enough to foster authentic connections, yet carrying the professionalism, discretion, and integrity required at this level. You bring with you a strong, well-cultivated network of investors, high-net-worth individuals, and strategic partners. Above all, you are passionate about forging lasting relationships that unlock growth and funding opportunities, and you consistently uphold high ethical standards.Key Responsibilities:Source, engage, and secure new investors for the firm's private equity real estate funds.Leverage existing "rolodex" and networks to identify and cultivate investor relationships.Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and investor meetings.Manage ongoing communications with investors, ensuring transparency and trust.Partner with senior leadership to design and execute capital raising strategies.Educate prospective investors about the firm's offerings, performance, and opportunities.Support the development of investor presentations, marketing materials, and reports.Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in business development, investor relations, or capital raising in financial services, private equity, or real estate.Deep knowledge of private equity fundraising is required.SIE, Series 7, Series 82 and/or Series 63 licenses - preferred.Bachelor's degree preferred.Proven track record of raising capital and closing investor commitments.Established "rolodex" of investor relationships (HNWIs, family offices, institutional investors, or strategic partners).Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English). English required.
