Revenue Manager - Real Estate?? Niles, IL (Hybrid) | ?? $85,000 - $105,000A growing real estate management company is seeking a Revenue Manager to join its corporate finance team. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role is responsible for maximizing rental revenue, occupancy, and collections across a portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, real estate experience, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.What You'll DoDevelop and execute strategies to optimize rent, occupancy, and collection performanceOversee lease administration, renewals, and rent increase noticesConduct market analysis to support pricing and revenue decisionsEnsure compliance with lease documentation and regulatory requirementsManage delinquency performance and provide solutions to property teamsUtilize systems (e.g., DocuSign, rent roll platforms) to track and audit chargesPartner with asset management and operations to achieve financial goalsProvide analysis, reports, and insights to leadership on revenue trendsLead, mentor, and develop a small team of direct reportsSupport budgeting and forecasting processesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree preferred (Associate's degree required)5-7+ years of experience in corporate real estate or property management financeStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to work with complex datasetsExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skillsStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of leases across multiple states a plusProven leadership experience with direct reportsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary ($85K-$105K, based on experience)Hybrid schedule: 50% in-office / 50% remote (subject to change)Comprehensive benefits package starting Day 1Paid time off, holidays, and retirement savings planCollaborative culture focused on growth and continuous improvement
