We're Hiring: Senior Estimator - Base Building Construction?? South Florida | Full-Time | General ContractorAre you a seasoned estimator with a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of ground-up high-rise construction? Join a leading GC in South Florida delivering commercial, multifamily, and institutional projects from concept to closeout.What You'll Do:• Lead full-cycle estimating for base building projects ($10M-$150M+)• Analyze drawings, specs, and RFPs to produce accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates• Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to identify scope gaps and VE• Build and maintain historical cost data and unit pricing• Solicit, level, and negotiate subcontractor bids• Prepare bid packages and support project handoff to operations• Mentor junior estimators and improve internal processesWhat You Bring:• 8+ years of estimating experience with a GC focused on base building• Strong knowledge of the South Florida market and subcontractor base• Proficiency in Procore or Bluebeam; PlanSwift or On-Screen Takeoff, and MS Teams• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferredWhy Join Us:• Competitive six-figure salary + performance bonuses, company stock • Full benefits: health, dental, 401(k), PTO• Supportive leadership and collaborative culture• High-impact projects shaping South Florida's skylineReady to take the next step in your career?
