Our commitment to quality and attention to detail can be seen in every addition and renovation we undertake.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Jupiter, FL. The Project Manager will oversee all stages of project development, from initial planning and design through construction and final inspection. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, expediting materials, conducting inspections, qualifying bids and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The Project Manager will also handle logistics management to ensure the timely completion of projects. Additionally, will meet with new clients and send project estimates with the use of Bluebeam and Xcel.QualificationsProject Management skills, including Expeditor and Expediting experienceInspection and compliance skillsLogistics Management expertiseExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work on-site in Jupiter, FLExcel ExperienceBluebeam ExperienceConstruction software experience: Buildertrend or ProcoreExperience in residential and/or commercial construction is mandatoryBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
