With an exceptional pipeline of work, they are building the future of digital infrastructure.The RoleAs Project Executive, you will oversee multiple large-scale data center projects, providing leadership and direction across all phases of construction. You'll drive project performance, nurture client relationships, and play a key role in the strategic growth of the mission critical business unit.What You'll DoLead and mentor multiple Project Managers and project teams.Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships.Oversee project budgets, schedules, and financial performance.Drive proposal development and client presentations.Provide executive-level oversight on safety, risk management, and compliance.Collaborate with preconstruction to deliver maximum value for clients.Play a leadership role in shaping the unit's growth strategy and business development.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).13+ years in construction project management, with at least several in mission critical or data center builds.Proven track record of leading large teams and delivering projects on time and on budget.Strong financial and business acumen with client-facing experience.Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.Why Join Them?Work on some of the largest and most innovative data center projects in the U.S.Take a leadership role with visibility, influence, and growth potential.Competitive compensation, executive benefits, and long-term career progression.
