Title: Office AdministratorHours: M-F 8-5Location: Tempe AZ 85288About the CompanyThis will be a permanent, contract-to-hire position, and only candidates who can commit to long-term employment will be considered.The Office Administrator will support a large corporate consulting firm's office in the Tempe area. This person will join an administrative team that supports a 200+ employee headcount. This is a long-term permanent contract-to-hire position that will begin as a contract and is expected to convert to direct employment after 6-12 months.ResponsibilitiesSupplies and inventory management, for example ordering supplies and snacks and organizing them in the office appropriatelyFacilities support, for example calling a plumber or repairman as neededSupport for AP processes (AP duties not included, but they will prepare AP info to go to a third party finance team to prevent AP rejections)Preparing the office, catering, conference rooms etc. for visits from ExecutivesSupport organization and documentation for a fleet of about 14 vehiclesCoordinate with security and IT for key card access for any new hiresAny other ad hoc administrative support duties that ariseRequired SkillsExperience in a true office support role (rather than executive support)Experience with a multi-line phone system for reception dutiesExperience with office vendor coordination and AP/invoicing supportPreferred SkillsExperience with Oracle, especially Oracle HorizonPay range and compensation packageAnnual compensation will vary based upon individuals' relevant experience across a range of $60-63K plus benefits that include health, dental, vision, and 401K.Job TypeContract-to-Hire Benefits401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insurance
