Back-in-Action Rehabilitation is a PT owned facility with owners working side-by-side with you. We believe in CEU training and placing PT in a position to be successful with patient care. Back in Action was founded in 1993 and has facilities in Fond du Lac, New Holstein, Mayville, and Kewaskum.The full time Physical Therapist will work a flexible schedule Monday-Friday, treating a wide variety of patients in an excellent outpatient orthopedic setting.
