Senior Property Manager- Industrial

Duties:Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relationsEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including Fair Housing lawsHandle tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional mannerCoordinate with vendors and contractors for property repairs and maintenanceConduct property inspections and oversee move-in/move-out processesPrepare and execute leases, renewals, and rent increasesMaintain accurate records of property-related transactionsExperience:Previous experience in property management or related field (Industrial experience)Familiarity with leasing procedures related to property managementStrong customer service and conflict management skillsAbility to manage contracts and vendor relationships effectivelyProficiency in customer relationship management softwareUnderstanding of property maintenance best practicesThis is an excellent opportunity for a skilled senior Property Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our properties.
