Customer Service Data Entry Clerk (Temporary)Start Date: 9/8/25Schedule:Monday - FridayWeek 1: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (training)Weeks 2+: Flexible start options (7:30 AM or 9:00 AM)Duration: 60 days, with potential extension up to 90 daysAbout the Role:We are seeking 3 temporary Customer Service Data Entry Clerks to support our fast-paced eCommerce operations for a leading sports apparel brand. In this role, you will accurately process eCommerce orders into our systems, ensuring timely and precise communication with manufacturers. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Enter eCommerce orders accurately into Netsuite and ZendeskCollaborate with team members via Microsoft TeamsMaintain data integrity and quality while processing high-volume ordersAssist with customer service inquiries as neededSupport internal teams with reporting and documentation in MS365 toolsQualifications:Previous data entry experience, preferably in eCommerce or retailFamiliarity with Zendesk, Netsuite, and Microsoft 365 is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsWhat We Offer:Temporary assignment with potential extensionHands-on experience with industry-standard eCommerce toolsCollaborative, team-oriented work environmentAPPLY NOW!
