The center provides access to a broad range of medical services, including preventive care, diagnostics, imaging, laboratory, pharmacy, and outpatient procedures, ensuring patients receive coordinated and continuous care in one convenient location. Responsibilities:Prepare operating rooms by ensuring all necessary instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies are available.Sterilize, assemble, and arrange surgical instruments and materials in compliance with infection control standards.Collaboration: Work closely with Registered Nurses to provide care for surgical patients in the OR suite.Preparation: Prepare instruments and equipment for each surgical procedure.Assistance During Surgery: Scrub in on surgical cases to assist the surgeon by preparing instruments and maintaining a sterile environment.Assist in the turnover of operating rooms and ensure proper decontamination of instruments.Contribute to the orientation and training of new surgical technicians.Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development as they relate to specific age groups, including infants, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.Qualification:Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST).Current BLS from AHAPride Global offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance, and hospital indemnity), 401(k) savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts.
