Position Title: Vice President of Pharmacy Services - Las Vegas, NVPosition Type: Full-Time, Days (No Weekends)Schedule: Administrative HoursTravel: 25-35%OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Vice President of Pharmacy Services to lead and oversee pharmaceutical services across multiple hospitals within the division. This executive-level position plays a key role in advancing clinical pharmacy excellence, improving cost efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The VP will partner closely with senior leadership to drive pharmacy operations, develop best practices, and optimize business processes that support high-quality patient care.ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership for pharmacy clinical services, operations, compliance, and expense management.Develop and strengthen collaborative relationships with division and facility leadership to advance pharmacy practice.Analyze data and purchase patterns, make strategic recommendations, and execute plans for cost-effective medication management.Lead the operational effectiveness of pharmacy services across multiple sites.Create and implement system-wide pharmacy initiatives to enhance care and improve outcomes.Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, customer satisfaction, and service improvement.Foster a high-performing culture with accountability and commitment to excellence.QualificationsRequired: B.S. in Pharmacy; Licensed Pharmacist (or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months).Preferred: Doctor of Pharmacy, MBA, or MS.Minimum 5 years of progressive pharmacy management experience, preferably in multi-site acute care operations(Retail-only backgrounds will not be considered.)Prior experience at Director, Chief Pharmacy Officer, Division/Market Director, or VP level is highly desirable.Proven executive leadership presence and ability to collaborate at the C-suite level.Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $164,860 - $238,992 annuallyIncentive bonus: Up to 17.5%Relocation assistance: Case by case
