A health organization in Middlesex County, CT is currently seeking an experienced Primary Care APP for a promising opportunity at one of their outpatient facilities.About the Opportunity:ScheduleMonday-Friday standard business hours; no weekendsCall: Light rotated telephone only callSetting: Outpatient community healthResponsibilities:The Primary Care APP will:Take histories, perform physical examinations, and prescribe treatment and medication for conditionsDesign and participate in quality improvement activities, including Medical Record Peer Review, performance and procedure audits, outcome audits, and focused reviewsCoordinate tests, referrals, and care of patients outside the centerMaintain legible and appropriate documentation of medical recordsParticipate and attend provider meetingsPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:Connecticut Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) licenseYour privacy is important to us.
