Journey ToolmakerExperience: 5 to 10 yearsAssembles new tooling and performs basic debuggingExperienced with tool room equipment and blueprint readingWhat You'll Be Doing:Build, assemble, and troubleshoot progressive dies to meet production and client specificationsPerform preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure die performance and minimize downtimeUse precision measuring instruments to inspect and adjust componentsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsOperate machine tools such as lathes, grinders, milling machines, etc.Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance, repairs, and adjustmentsDiagnose and resolve die-related issues to support continuous production in stampings.What We're Looking For:Hands-on experience with progressive die building and troubleshootingStrong mechanical aptitude and machining skillsProficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprintsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced production environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principlesTeam-oriented work ethic with a drive for precisionWork Environment:Busy manufacturing facilityMust be comfortable operating machinery and following safety protocolsCompany Overview:Founded in 2010, Top Prospect Group focuses on aligning exceptional candidates with leading companies across the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
