Position Summary: Mackenzie Stuart are partnered with a high-growth, PE-back Physical Therapy organization, currently seeking a Regional Director of Operations.This role is providing outstanding patient care and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a passion for clinical excellence and the drive to create a culture of growth and innovation.Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive strategic plans to enhance the scope and quality of rehabilitation services.Spearhead initiatives aimed at boosting patient care standards and operational efficiency.Ensure all clinics comply with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.Oversee budget management, staff allocation, and resource distribution to optimize clinic operations.Promote and implement evidence-based practices to maintain and elevate patient care standards.Utilize data-driven insights to refine treatment protocols and enhance patient outcomes.Lead recruitment, training, and development of clinic staff to build a high-performing team.Create a culture of continuous learning, mentorship, and collaboration among staff.Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, community partners, and stakeholders.Represent the organization in professional forums and industry events to enhance its visibility and reputation.Qualifications & Experience:Licensed Physical Therapist.Minimum of 5 years in a healthcare leadership role.Strong track record in clinical excellence and team leadership.Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives and manage multiple clinics effectively.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.Proficient in using healthcare management software and data analytics tools.Ability to use data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.Strong relationship-building abilities with healthcare providers, staff, and stakeholders.Proven record of opening DeNovo clinics.Experience managing a P&L.Additional Requirements:Willingness to travel frequently between clinic locations.Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.Please submit your resume if you have the requisite skills as outlined above.
