Clinical Supervisor - LMFT, LCSW, or LPCCLocation: Pasadena, CA | Full-Time, Onsite (Monday-Friday)Salary: $100,000-$110,000 per year + full benefitsA well-established nonprofit organization with over 25 years of experience providing behavioral and child welfare services is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join its leadership team. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician who is passionate about supporting youth and families while guiding and mentoring clinical staff. Responsibilities:Supervise and mentor pre-licensed clinicians and support staff Provide program leadership with clarity, structure, and accountability Ensure clinical documentation meets DMH and agency standards Train staff on progress notes, workflows, and coordinated care practices Analyze clinical data to identify trends and improve service quality Oversee use of electronic health records and ensure data accuracy Maintain effective communication between field staff and leadership Support crisis situations and foster a safe, collaborative environment Requirements:Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in social services Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical supervision or quality assurance Strong understanding of DMH documentation and EHR systems Proven ability to lead and mentor clinical teams Compensation & Benefits:Salary range: $100,000-$110,000 annually Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Four weeks of paid time off annually 12 paid sick days per year Supportive, mission-driven work environment This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed clinician looking to take on a leadership role while continuing to make a meaningful impact in the community.
