We prize collaboration and believe innovation comes from a diversity of creative ideas.We are the Market: Our team believes in full immersion to gain insight into retail markets, contemporary culture and consumer reaction.We are currently seeking Accessories Designer to join our team of outstanding employees!QUALIFICATIONSResearch, organize, present, and translate trends, graphic, and color inspiration, provide market research as neededCreate and manage products within a product lifecycle management system (PLM).Interpret and incorporate those trends into seasonal product developmentCreate and design into seasonal line plansMerchandise product lines into cohesive stories and sales ready linesDevelop sketches across our Kids private label product categories, with focus on knitted head and hand, cut and sewn head and hand, ski product.Develop graphics and prints as needed for private brand product, as well as work with Licensed graphics.Work within PLM system to enter, track, and change styles throughout the product life cycleCommunicate daily with factories throughout product lifecycleCommunicate with Sales team to make sure account needs are being met from Design.Create tech packs and line sheetsAssess fit and create specsWork with product master grids detailing color, size, construction, changes, sample sending, etc. throughout a seasonESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TOA developed and versatile portfolio of graphic and product design3+ years of experience in Design/Product development for accessories/or apparelExperience in a product execution through product management software (PLM)Creative, trend driven innovator who is customer obsessedExcels in highly collaborative environment with different work groupsPassion for fan culture and pop culture productStrong written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skillsCan-do and solution driven mentality, even keeled and upbeat, with an appetite for continuedimprovement and learningProficient in: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, & In Design. Previous experience withWGSN and Edited a plusEDUCATION REQUIREMENTDegree in Fashion Design or similarSALARY RANGE$60,000-$85,000 base salaryBUSINESS HOURSHours of operation: Monday-Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm, and as needed to meet business goals and objectives. We have a Hybrid flexible schedule. We work 4 days in office and 1 from home once trained. Schedules can vary based on deadlines and projects.
