This role blends training, supervision, and hands-on nursing expertise, ensuring staff readiness and excellence in patient care.What You'll DoLead Field Preceptor Program & clinical skills trainingEducate staff on maternal, adult, and behavioral health topicsConduct supervisory field visits & competency assessmentsEnsure compliance with DOH, CMS, and Joint Commission standardsSupport OASIS documentation accuracyProvide direct patient care in the field as neededWhat We're Looking ForActive NY RN License BLS/PALSBachelor's & Master's in Nursing (required)COS-C Certification (or within 1 year of hire)3+ years RN experience, including 2+ years in home care or nurse educationKnowledge of CHHA guidelines adult learning principlesProficiency in Epic H2O & Microsoft Office ?
