The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting potential customers, scheduling appointments, maintaining customer records, and ensuring follow-up communications. The role also includes providing product information to customers and working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions. Applicants must live in New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts or Connecticut.QualificationsStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsExperience is not required as we train you how to set and on our CRMProficiency in scheduling software and CRM systemsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyComfortable working remotely and maintaining productivityAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsExperience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
