Now Hiring: Textile Laboratory Manager - Full-Time | Onsite in Montebello, CAWe're partnering with a well-known apparel brand to find a Textile Laboratory Manager to join their team. This is a direct-hire opportunity based 100% onsite Monday-Friday in Montebello, CAPosition Overview:The Textile Laboratory Manager will lead lab operations for fabric testing, color approvals, and product integrity. You'll manage a team and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain the highest quality standards across global production.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of an in-house textile labManage and mentor a team of lab techniciansConduct and approve color tests (Spectrophotometer), shrinkage, and appearance assessmentsEnsure accuracy of fabric testing and ASN approvals in internal systemsWork closely with raw materials and product integrity teamsTravel internationally (including Central America) to manage offshore lab operationsScale lab capabilities and implement new testing standardsQualifications:6-8 years of experience in textile, apparel, or product developmentExpertise in dyeing, fabric manufacturing, and textile testingLeadership experience in managing technical teamsBilingual in English and Spanish (required)Willingness to travel internationallyCompensation: $95K-$110K annually (based on experience)Location: Fully onsite - Montebello, CAStart Date: ASAP, following interview process- 4 Interviews (including onsite)Interested?Please message me or email your resume and answers to the following questions:Have you applied or interviewed with any apparel brands in the past year?When are you available to start?Are you bilingual in Spanish?
