At TimeStamps, we define moments and create memories.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located on-site in Wesley Chapel, FL. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. Other responsibilities include training and supervising behavior technicians, collaborating with caregivers and other professionals, and monitoring progress to ensure effective treatment.QualificationsSkills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Experience in Behavior Management and conducting assessmentsKnowledge of Psychology and behavior intervention techniquesAbility to provide Parent Education and caregiver coachingStrong written and verbal communication skillsCertified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentMaster's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis or related fieldExperience working with children with behavioral challenges is a plus
