Job DescriptionSmart Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one outpatient therapy in the homes of older adults in the South St. Louis County area. This is a 1099 contractor position, perfect for someone looking to continue using their clinical skills on a flexible schedule that works for them.We are a Medicare Part B certified private practice, not a home health agency, so our patients do not need to be homebound. Our therapists focus on quality care without productivity quotas. You set your caseload, visit frequency, and preferred geography.
