Job Title: CMM Operator IntroductionJoin a leading manufacturing organization dedicated to precision engineering and high-quality production standards. We are currently seeking an experienced CMM Operator with hands-on experience operating Zeiss CMMs to support our quality inspection and metrology efforts.This role is critical in ensuring that our components and assemblies meet exact specifications and tolerance requirements across the production lifecycle.This Role Will Offer YouInvolvement in a high-precision manufacturing environment with advanced metrology toolsA collaborative and technically focused team cultureCompetitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits packageOpportunities for ongoing development in precision measurement and quality systemsYou Will Be Responsible ForOperating Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to conduct accurate dimensional inspections of parts and assembliesProgramming and executing inspection routines using Calypso softwareInterpreting complex engineering drawings and GD&T requirements to verify part compliancePerforming first article inspections (FAI), in-process checks, and final inspections to support production qualityDocumenting and reporting inspection results with precision and accuracySupporting root cause analysis and quality investigations for non-conformancesWorking closely with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to resolve dimensional and tolerance-related issuesMaintaining the calibration, cleanliness, and upkeep of CMM and related metrology equipmentYou Will Bring the FollowingHands-on experience operating and programming Zeiss CMMs using Calypso softwareStrong knowledge of GD&T and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsExperience performing inspections in a precision manufacturing environment (automotive, aerospace, medical device, etc.)Familiarity with quality systems, inspection protocols, and non-conformance documentationExcellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a teamTo learn more or apply, please contact me at devon.nzepuome@BioTalent Ltd is acting as an employment agency in relation to this opportunity.
