Field Service Engineer (Medical Imaging - MRI Specialist)Salary: $120,000 - $160,000Location: Seattle, WashingtonEquipment: MRI and Medical Imaging SystemsThe RoleAn established and growing medical imaging service provider is looking to expand its service team with an experienced Field Service Engineer. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of MRI equipment.You'll be visiting healthcare facilities, ensuring equipment runs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all necessary standards. The position also involves quality assurance inspections, regular maintenance, and close collaboration with internal departments and customers to ensure top-tier service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot a MRI equipment across healthcare sitesPerform preventative maintenance and QA inspections in line with standards and schedulesMaintain clear and accurate service records, paperwork, and communication logsLiaise with internal teams and customers to ensure effective communication and service coordinationRepresent company values in every customer interaction and service callSupport other service team members and contribute to a collaborative working environmentReport directly to the Area Field Service ManagerWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for a self-starting, hands-on engineer who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in dynamic, client-facing environments.
