Full Stack Engineer - IT & AILocation: Minneapolis, MNEmployment Type: Full-time, Onsite (5 days/week)Compensation: Starting at $118,000+A leading organization in the healthcare and technology space is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to support its AI enablement initiatives. This is a hands-on development role focused on building integrations, interfaces, and cloud infrastructure to support experimentation and early-stage digital products. You'll work closely with AI developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to create production-ready tools that drive real business value.Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Environment SetupStand up and manage cloud environments (primarily AWS) for AI testing and developmentBuild deployment scripts, infrastructure as code, APIs, and automation toolsSupport model execution, data pipeline integration, and application hostingImplement CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent deployment and quality assuranceFull Stack DevelopmentBuild lightweight tools, UIs, and services to make AI models usable for internal teamsIntegrate AI outputs into web-based tools and digital workflowsCollaborate with AI developers on model deployment and versioningDesign and implement scalable backend services using modern frameworksQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience5+ years of professional experience in software developmentExperience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)Hands-on experience with Docker and KubernetesFamiliarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)Proficiency in full stack development using React, FastAPI, Flask, or Node.jsExperience with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other relational/NoSQL systemsComfortable writing Python and integrating APIsInterest in AI and working alongside data science teamsPreferredExperience in rapid prototyping or MVP developmentFamiliarity with MLOps workflowsAbility to work with structured and semi-structured dataStrong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersCompensation & BenefitsBase salary starting at $118,000401(k) with company matchComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid holidays and PTOProfit sharing and discretionary bonus programsWellness incentives and employee assistance programsTuition assistance and professional development supportParental leave and additional voluntary benefitsNote: This is a full-time, onsite role based in Minneapolis, MN.
