Serving a diverse, underserved pediatric population through a federally qualified health center that prioritizes compassionate, equitable mental health care.Key Responsibilities:Evaluation and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to understand each child's emotional, developmental, behavioral, and social needs, while maintaining sensitivity to cultural values and community norms.Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans that may include individual therapy, family therapy, or group therapy, with an emphasis on evidence-based interventions and approaches that respect cultural and religious practices.Therapeutic Interventions: Provide psychotherapy to children and adolescents, supporting their emotional well-being, resilience, and coping skills.
