This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional with strong knowledge of referral coordination and insurance authorizations.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess patient referrals to specialists and obtain third-party authorizations.Communicate referral status and specialist information to patients.Assist with scheduling specialist appointments as needed.Ensure timely and accurate data entry and documentation.Provide excellent patient service in a fast-paced environment.RequirementsExperience: 3-5 years in a similar healthcare or administrative role.Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.Preferred Skills:Strong knowledge of HMO/PPO referral submissionsFamiliarity with patient scheduling and insurance processes
