Hello Network, we currently have another new job opening for a electrical superintendent to be based in North Carolina working on largscale commercial and industrial projects. About the RoleWe are looking for a driven and experienced Superintendent to oversee the execution of industrial and commercial construction projects across North and South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site supervision, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to specification.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules.Monitor progress and quality, resolving issues proactively to avoid delays.Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.Conduct site meetings, inspections, and reporting for project stakeholders.Collaborate with Project Managers to align field activities with project goals.Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, logs, and change orders.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in industrial or commercial construction.Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and project sequencing.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel across North and South Carolina as needed.OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training preferred.Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.Preferred ExperienceProjects involving manufacturing facilities, data centers, or large-scale commercial builds.Experience working with union and non-union labor.Familiarity with lean construction practices and quality control systems.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits package.Opportunity to work on high-profile regional projects.Supportive team environment with career growth potential.Commitment to safety, innovation, and excellence.Please apply or reach out directly to me.
