Medical Device Sales - Territory Manager (OH)Achieve sales targets and quotas within a defined territoryIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and private practices specializing in otolaryngologyDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including ENT physicians, surgeons, nurses, procurement staff, and hospital administratorsConduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and clinical evaluations to showcase product features, benefits, and value propositionNegotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of saleDevelop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's ENT product portfolio, including features, benefits, clinical applications, and competitive landscapeProvide product training and education to healthcare professionals, ensuring proper usage and understandingAttend medical conferences, trade shows, and continuing education events to expand knowledge and network with healthcare professionalsManage expenses and adhering to budget guidelinesMaintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systemProvide clinical support to healthcare professionals, including assisting with product implementation, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing on-site support during proceduresAddress customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, customer service, and technical support, to provide comprehensive support to customersAct as a liaison between the customer and the company, relaying customer feedback and market insights.Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and ethical guidelines related to medical device or pharmaceutical saleA bachelor's degree required, biology, biomedical science or businessPrior sales experience, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industryProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation and negotiationAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and internal team membersAbility to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needsIdentify and resolve customer issues effectivelySelf-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a teamBase 85k, first year target with monthly commission 130- 150k
