This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding relationships with healthcare providers across their assigned territory. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, relationship-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment.Key Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territoryBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makersConduct product presentations, in-services, and educational sessions tailored to client needsCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer success) to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfactionConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsMaintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in CRMStay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamicsRepresent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and meetingsQualifications:2+ years of field sales experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry (medical device, diagnostics, fertility, pharmaceuticals, etc.)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goalsStrong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to travel frequently within assigned territoryComfortable working independently while staying connected to a remote teamExperience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Bachelor's degree preferred; healthcare or business-related field is a plusCompensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive base salary plus commission/bonus structure, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and mileage reimbursement.
