Director of Nursing

As a Director of Nursing - DON (RN or LPN) in Assisted Living/Personal Care at Country Meadows, you have the opportunity to set the standard among our team and help contribute to our welcoming, loving and caring environment for both our residents and co-workers in our home-like setting. As a Director of Nursing - DON (RN or LPN) you will build relationships with your clinical team, collaborate with the interdisciplinary departments to manage the resident plan of care. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about caring for older adults, have strong critical thinking and demonstrated evidence of managing change.Full time, 9am-5pm. Includes every 4th holiday and weekend and must have flexibility in schedule to meet the needs of the campus.This position offers a $95,000+ starting salary (based on experience), a quality-driven bonus structure, and an excellent benefits package.This position is full time in person at the Allentown campus (430 N. Krocks Road, Allentown PA 18106).
