We provide staffing solutions that ensure continuity, offer flexible options, and support the creation of strong, reliable healthcare teams.Position Overview:We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to serve as a Clinician Brand Ambassador as part of our exclusive ambassador program. If you are a Physical Therapist who is interested in helping other Physical Therapists and interested in business, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!In this unique role, you will leverage your clinical expertise, industry insight, and peer credibility to recruit high-quality physical therapists and collaborate with ATC West Healthcare Services clients to ensure the best job matches are made. As a clinician representing clinicians, your role directly supports our mission to build trust, enhance quality, and become a go-to partner for physical therapy staffing. Key ResponsibilitiesClinician-to-Clinician Recruitment:Identify, engage, and recruit qualified physical therapists using your network, clinical credibility, and personalized outreach. Brand Representation:Serve as a trusted representative of the ATC West Healthcare Services' brand, building trust through clinician-first communication and authentic advocacy. Job Matching:Collaborate with internal sales teams to thoroughly understand client needs and align them with the right clinician candidates. Partnership Development:Interface directly with ATC West Healthcare Services' clients to understand their culture, clinical standards, and workforce needs to support successful placements. Peer Relationship Building:Cultivate meaningful, ongoing relationships with fellow clinicians to maintain a talent pipeline and gather feedback on market trends. Quality Assurance:Participate in resume reviews, needs assessments, and screening calls to ensure a high standard of clinician-client fit. Qualifications:Licensed Physical Therapist (active, in good standing in at least one U.S. state). Active clinical experience is preferred. Preferred location to be in California, but will consider someone in the Mountain and Western U.S.Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and solution oriented. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for supporting peers and elevating clinical quality in healthcare staffing. Comfortable with networking, outreach, and clinician engagement (cold calling, email, social media). Prior recruiting, talent acquisition, or peer mentoring experience is a plus. Collaborative mindset and strong understanding of physical therapy workforce dynamics
