This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, especially with HVAC systems, and who can seamlessly coordinate with vendors and communicate clearly across teams.Key Responsibilities:Hands-On Maintenance:-Perform minor repairs and routine upkeep when units are being turned-Take lead on HVAC troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair-Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and complianceVendor Coordination:-Source, schedule, and oversee third-party contractors and service providers-Ensure quality control and timely completion of outsourced work-Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate service agreementsOperational Efficiency:-Provide clear updates to property managers and residents regarding work status-Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment
