Join a team that values action, accountability, and doing the right thing even when no one's watching.What You'll Do as a Project Safety Specialist:Walk the Walk: Lead daily site inspections, safety walkthroughs, and real-time hazard assessments.Own Compliance: Enforce MBA, client, and subcontractor safety policies and verify daily permit and JHA completion.Train and Equip: Lead toolbox talks, and support ongoing safety training.Drive Documentation: Keep digital safety reports, forms, permits, photos, and logs accurate and up to date.Support Incident Response: Assist with investigations, root cause analysis, and full incident reporting.Partner in Planning: Work closely with the Project Safety Manager and project team to align fieldwork with safety expectations.Champion the Culture: Promote accountability, good housekeeping, and a safety-first mindset every day.You'll Thrive Here If You Have:3-5 years of safety experience in construction or industrial environments.OSHA 30 Certification (required); CHST, CSST, or CSP strongly preferred.Solid working knowledge of excavation, cranes/rigging, fall protection, confined space, and site-specific hazards.Strong communication and leadership presence in the field.Experience with Microsoft Office and safety reporting tools.First Aid/CPR/AED certifications (preferred).A valid driver's license and ability to be physically active on job sites.Compensation & Perks:Base Salary $80,000 - $110,000 DOEQuarterly Bonus OpportunitiesA company culture that empowers, supports, and recognizes field talent
