This role offers a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, allowing you to work directly with patients in a collaborative, clinical setting. You'll be part of a team focused on delivering high-quality, individualized therapy plans that help patients reach their optimal functional level.What You'll Do:Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs through medical history, functional assessments, and environmental considerations.Develop and implement personalized therapy plans in coordination with physicians and other disciplines.Deliver hands-on physical therapy services including muscle re-education, strengthening exercises, gait training, and more.Modify treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical observations.Maintain a strong focus on safety, independence, and quality of care.Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and documentation.Must-Have Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited physical therapy program.Active Washington State PT License.At least 1 year of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in pediatrics.Certifications such as OCS, CSCS, or Pelvic Floor specialization.This is a great opportunity for Physical Therapists who thrive in a hospital environment and are passionate about making a meaningful impact through direct patient care$44.78-$71.42 per hour salary.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
