Leads site-wide projects related to training, standard scheduling, operating procedures, reporting and more.When and where will you work?This position is onsite in Scottsdale, AZ Must work in Chandler once we relocate .The shift is 9:00 am - 5:30 pmWhat you'll do:Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the non-sterile labs, in partnership with the quality teamPartner with the Operations Learning team to ensure all employees are properly trained in SOPsPartner with Operations Learning Consultants and Operations Learning Specialists to plan and track training requirements and needsLead demand planning for the made-to-order lab (MTO) down to volume by dosage form per monthPrepare and maintain work schedules across all labs - MTO, MTS and Pack Lab - ensuring each lab is properly staffed to manage anticipated demand and to support the workflow from lab to labConduct analysis on route changes and apply the actual data to the forecastTrack and trend PTO/Callouts for headcount forecastingConduct audits on logbooks and/or Pestle on a defined schedule and provide feedback and recommendations based on the auditsPrepare monthly and weekly operations-related reportsAct as backup for the Operations Manager at site and corporate meetings as neededPartner with the People Success team, the Quality team, and other groups as appropriate to ensure changes in SOPs and the overall business are clearly and effectively communicated to the Operations teamParticipate in ad hoc projects as neededWho you are:Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionallyStrong communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to take initiative and to work in a rapidly changing environmentProficient with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPointPositive outlook with a can-do mindsetYou quickly learn new processes, policies, procedures, and techniquesWhat you've done:5+years of hands-on work in pharmacy operations2-4 years of related scheduling, planning, and project management experienceUnderstanding of compounding regulatory and quality requirementsFamiliarity with SOPs and the process for creating and implementing themDemonstrated analytical skills, including creating and analyzing reports and providing recommendations based on the analysisAbility to multitaskUtilize ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules and generate reporting.
