Available exclusively at Sephora and 100% VEGAN | CRUELTY FREE | PLASTIC NEGATIVE | WOMEN OWNED Position SummaryWe're seeking an Account Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales team. This is a full-time position responsible for managing and nurturing Sephora partnerships in the Dallas territory, typically 10-12 doors with an average volume of $600,000- $1,000,000. The ideal candidate must have a strong retail sales background (skincare preferred) with a passion for education and sales in a retail environment. This person must be driven by achieving sales, planning/executing events and delivering education to impact sell through. The Account Coordinator must work collaboratively with Sephora partners, building relationships and adhering to all needs of the business. This position requires work on weekends, evenings, and some holidays, and may require domestic travel. The compensation range is $65,000 - $70,000 annually.The Impact You'll MakeDrive store sales within territory to meet both personal and territory sales goals. Educate Sephora store teams on INNBEAUTY Project skincare and brand story. Fully understand and follow Sephora's business model and culture. Plan and execute in-store trainings and special events to support brand launches and marketing calendar. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with store-level personnel to maximize brand partnerships and build brand love. Manage inventory at store level in accordance with Sephora's operational procedures, obtaining and acting on assortment cycle count reporting when necessary. Identify and communicate merchandising and assortment opportunities to the operations team. Manage and adhere to expense budgets, ensuring timely submission and accuracy of expense reports. Strategically build store visit and events calendar via Sephora's booking system. Review and analyze weekly sales reports to ensure targets are met. Hire and maintain productive freelance team to maximize sales. Ensure timely submission of weekly recaps and any operational reporting needed. What You BringA minimum of 2 years' experience in prestige beauty and/or retail sales environment required, preferably in Sephora. Must possess a valid state driver's license, good driving record, and required auto insurance policy. Undergraduate degree preferred. Ability to work independently with integrity and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiastic mentor and trainer. Charismatic with strong negotiation skills. Strong written and oral communication, organizational and time-management skills. Results-oriented and demonstrate leadership abilities while working independently.
