Cynosure Lutronic is adding talent in the west!!District Sales ManagerResponsible for leading, inspiring, and supporting all reps/products within a defined territory to achieve sales objectives.Achieve individual and team territory sales objectives across all product lines.5-10 years selling capital equipment in the laser industry or B to B sales. Take on a leadership role within the defined territory;Lead and assist with the closing of business opportunities.Manage day to day issues/questions amongst reps and customers.Assist RSM with budgeting plans and logistics for events/programs.Forecast sales on a monthly and quarterly basis for all product lines.Lead team and execute purposeful prospecting within region.Assist RSM with the recruiting and hiring process for new prospective employees.Identify and qualify prospective customers, provide technical information, demonstrate company products and quote prices to customers.Responsible for account development and territory management.Maintain accurate records of prospective customers and competitive information.Acquire product knowledge through product training and competitive analysis.Attend company workshops and training centers.Embody and deliver the "Exceptional Everyday"Up to 30-50% travelArea Sales ManagerResponsible for lead generation and sales working with the District Manager to sell Cynosure's line of innovative technologies and exceed territory sales objectives.Achieve territory sales objectives.5 years relevant experience selling capital equipment preferably in the laser industry.Identify and qualify prospective customers, provide technical information, demonstrate company products and quote prices to customers.Responsible for account development and territory management.Maintain accurate records of prospective customers and competitive information.Acquire product knowledge through product training and competitive analysis.Attend company workshops and training centers.Embody and live our company Values.Travel required 50% to 70%
