This is your opportunity to lead strategic planning and oversight of our Utilization Review Program.What You'll Do: ? Lead case management and treatment planning ? Interface with managed care organizations and external reviewers ? Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations ? Promote a therapeutic and patient-centered environmentWhat We're Looking For: ?? Degree in nursing, social work, or behavioral sciences (Master's preferred) ?? 5+ years in psychiatric/mental health, including leadership experience ??
