Quality Specialist

The Opportunity:The support of Quality Risk Management initiatives and Quality processes at Genentech's Oceanside Drug Substance Production Plant. This position is responsible for assisting in the administration of Quality System processes including Quality Risk Management (QRM), Management Review of Quality Systems (MRoQ) and support of Annual Product Quality Review (APQR).This position will also provide technical support and quality assurance oversight tomeet good manufacturing practices and the requirements of applicable Health Authorities within the Quality System functions. Ensure adherence to and compliance with established company quality policies, practices and SOPs and federal regulations and demonstrates judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutionsWho You Are:5-10 years of experience - REQUIREDExperience working in a GMP environment - REQUIREDStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication abilitiesKnowledge of industry best practicesExperience in biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing principles and quality oversight
