Bridge Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, design, and construction phases of complex bridge projects across the regionManage multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveryOversee project schedules, budgets, risk management, and quality control to meet client and regulatory standardsCollaborate with public agencies, consultants, and community stakeholders to align project goalsMentor junior engineers and contribute to business development effortsWhat We're Looking For:10+ years of progressive experience managing bridge projects from concept through completionActive Professional Engineering (PE) license (State of Pennsylvania preferred)Deep understanding of bridge design codes, construction methods, and infrastructure regulationsProven leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and complex projectsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risksExperience working with DOTs and municipal agencies is a plus
