Your dedication and success will translate directly into tangible financial benefits.Position Responsibilities:Primary responsibilities are purposefully ordered as follows in terms of importance: A raving fans culture throughout the division, with clients, trade partners, and employees before all elseAdherence to our core values personally and within your teamThe annual profit and loss statement as mutually agreed each year in September and ongoing quarterly reporting to leadership.Maintaining a 3-year pipeline of land by contracting for strategic positions and future communities with the help of land committee.Attract, hire, evaluate, develop, and retain a talented team.Requirements: Your Ticket to Success:Proven experience (7+ years):Homebuilding experience required, preferable with P&L responsibility in a similar role or senior management role supervising a significant portion of a division's homebuilding operations.Local Connections:Develop and maintains a trusted network of external partners to ensure continuous success in the market, including land brokers, trade partners, etc.Extensive local knowledge:Triangle area market experience required.Inspiring Leadership:Strong team management skills to motivate and empower your team to achieve their best.Meticulous Organizer:Must be a detail -oriented, problem solver able to deal with complex situations such that you own your division's business results completely.Exceptional Communicator:Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members through outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of real estate transactions and land acquisitions Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Flexible scheduleHealth, Dental and Vision InsuranceUnlimited Paid time offAt Copper Builders, we understand the value of our executive-level team members.
