Encourages and is responsible for professional development of office or staff.Qualifications:10+ years of experiencePE requiredBachelor's degree in civil engineering Self-starter in need of minimal supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong foundation in highway design principles and conceptsAbout KCA:KCA is an award-winning, minority-owned multidisciplinary engineering firm that has served the transportation industry for 49 years.
